SUMMARY: A hangar is being built at the Crossville Memorial Airport for Whisper Aero.
The following terms for the hangar have been discussed by the City Manager and Whisper Aero’s Mark Moore:
• Duration 20 + 10
• Insurance
• Rent $2,000/month
• Utilities
• Sub lease / Partnerships
• Termination notice of 90 days
This will be retroactive approval of the 30 day public notice.
