SUMMARY: The attached change order is for replacing the bid flooring with tile, replacing the restroom wall finishes with tile, and adding roof supports under two HVAC units. The City will supply the grout and tile which has been donated by Stone Peak Ceramics. The net change in contract price is $21,500 and an additional 30 days will be added to the contract. Staff recommends the approval of the change order.
