On 12/1/16, a 20-year old male was sent in to businesses to attempt to purchase beer. At this location, they were successful in purchasing beer. This is a first offense for this establishment.
Subsequent to the notices being delivered and the notice of meeting advertised, it was learned that this restaurant closed their doors on 12/17/16.
