Ordinance amending the FY2016-17 budget for police vehicle

A police car was involved in an accident and totaled out by the insurance company.  A budget amendment is required to cover the costs of the new vehicle.  Insurance has been received to cover the cost, minus the deductible.

NECESSARY COUNCIL ACTION:  Approve budget amendment.
