SUMMARY: The developer for the Gardens is requesting a variance for the next phase of his development. That phase will be broken down into 9 different plats. They are seeking to obtain a variance for the first 3 plats of phase 8. Please see the attached letter and drawing.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the variance contingent upon the developer constructing phase 8 as stated in his variance request letter, Plat 1 through 4 being constructed in chronological order and before any other plat shown in the drawing.
