SUMMARY: With Commissioner Burgess choosing to not be reappointed, Mayor Mayberry had to appoint a new member of the Planning Commission.
New Officers need to be elected from within the Planning Commission. The following officers must be elected:
Chairman
Vice Chairman
Secretary
This election shall take place annually in the month of March.
