SUMMARY: The City has received a proposal from Neel - Schaffer, Inc. in the lump sum amount of $32,800 for all required engineering services for the greenway bridge on the Little Obed River. The services will be funded with a Three Star grant and it is anticipated that the construction of the bridge will be performed with City Crews and TCAT students.
