Discussion and action regarding release of financial guarantee for Riverchase Subdivision Phase 3 water line extension

SUMMARY: The Contractor believes that he will have the waterline sufficiently tested for the City to accept the waterline by the date of the City Council meeting. If this proves to be correct the Director of Engineering will recommend the Council approval of the release of the financial guarantee contingent on a release of liens from the Owner.
