SUMMARY: The developer is proposing two 50’ x 80’ storage buildings on a parcel located at the end of Park Lane Spur, off Crabtree Road. There is existing road, water, and sewer. The proposed utility connections are not shown due to the developer deciding whether to have a single or separate sewer connection for the buildings. This does not affect the site plan. It will be determined when they purchase their water and sewer taps.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the site plan.
