SUMMARY: The developer has submitted a new letter of credit and agreement to extend the financial guarantee for the storm water structures to be constructed on Phase 8 Plat 3. The required 10% increase has been met.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends release of existing LOC and acceptance of the new one.
