SUMMARY:
Ratification and approval of all acts and undertakings taken in the name of the Sports Authority’s and on its behalf by any person whomsoever at any time prior to October 22, 2024, in respect of (i) issuance of the Series 2024 Bonds, or (ii) acquisition, design, and/or construction of the Sport’s Authority’s family sports, recreation, and entertainment center to be constructed in the City.
