SUMMARY: The Rotary Club agrees to donate $27,000 to the Crossville Rotary Club Foundation for the installation of the Verdin Rotary Clock.  Upon delivery of these funds, the Crossville Rotary Club Foundation agrees to purchase a 4-sided Verdin Rotary Clock which will be installed at or near the corner of Main Street and 3^rd Ave, Crossville, Tn. near the Crossville Depot. The attached agreement is recommended for approval.
