SUMMARY: FACS has requested the closure of 5^th Street from Main Street to West Avenue on April 25^th from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. for their arts and crafts vendor event.

This is the same day the Cruise-In. Cruiser Dave Kennedy informed the City Clerk they are fine with the event occurring and he thinks it will get more people to both events.
