SUMMARY: City Council adopted updated Airport Minimum Standards at the September Council meeting. Within those standards, a Flight Training School Operating Agreement is required. Staff and the City Attorney recommend approval of the attached document for flight training schools that operate at the Crossville Memorial Airport.
