SUMMARY:
Mr. Luke Collins, Executive Director, of the Upper Cumberland Human Resources Agency (UCHRA) will cover UCHRA services provided in Cumberland County. They are presenting to all city and county commissions and councils across the Upper Cumberland in an effort to reach out to all the citizens we serve and to bring awareness to all the wonderful programs offered.
