SUMMARY: Upper Cumberland Credit Union is proposing a 4,720 square foot addition to their building on Livingston Road, along with additional parking to the rear. This addition will not require a new driveway or utility connections. A stormwater pond is also proposed for the rear of the property.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the approval of the site plan contingent on any required stormwater permits.
