SUMMARY:
In 2008, the City entered into a 5 year lease with Patricia Copeland for the welcome sign to be located on her property on N. Main St. at Crossville Ford. Following the initial five year term, the lease allows for annual one-year renewals of the lease. Ms. Copeland has agreed to a one-year renewal.
