SUMMARY:  DCI is planning free summer concerts at the amphitheater.  They have already been booked through the Palace Theater, which automatically allows Division Street to be closed.  They are requesting that Thurman be closed between 2^nd Ave. and 4^th St. from 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. on each evening.
