Ordinance deleting Title 14, Chapter 6 from the Crossville Municipal Code pertaining to Historic Zoning District

Body

SUMMARY:

Due to lack of zoning city-wide and lack of activity, interest, and need for a historic zoning district at this time, it is recommended that Title 14, Chapter 6, in its entirety, be removed from the Crossville Municipal Code.  A new ordinance can be adopted at a later time, if the need arises.
