Discussion regarding approval of Downtown Traffic Signals Upgrade Engineering contract amendment

SUMMARY: An amendment to engineering contract is needed for the bidding services of the signal replacement at the Fourth Street and First Street intersection of Main Street. The attached amendment is recommended. The original contract did not include this because the City was going to perform this work. The projects are more complex than originally anticipated, and the Engineer is needed to answer questions during the bidding phase of the project.
