SUMMARY: The developer has submitted a revision to their approved site plan. During the construction of the homes, the location of the houses were moved and in doing so, it created space for an additional structure to be added. New additional utility connections and a driveway is not needed.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the site plan revision.
