Approval to contract with VEC for two light pole replacements at Warner Complex

SUMMARY: VEC has given the City a price not to exceed $12,000 to install two metal poles in in the location of the two poles that have been removed at the Warner Complex and reinstall the old lights. The poles would match future poles to be installed at the complex and would not need to be replaced when the upgraded system is installed.

City Staff recommends the approval of the installation.
