Both requests are from 3:30 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.

• First Street from West Ave. to Webb Ave.
• Second Street from East St. to West Ave.
• Fourth Street from Thurman Ave. to West Ave.
• Fifth Street from Main St. to West Ave.
• Rector Ave. from Fifth St. to Stanley St.
• Thurman at 4th Street
