SUMMARY: Eldridge Properties, TGP has requested that their properties at 1997 Lantana Road be annexed into the City. Eldridge Properties is interested in City services in order to develop the tracts into residential housing. Crossville Regional Planning Commission met February 18 and recommends the annexation and approval of Plan of Services.
