SUMMARY: Dr. Qualls is submitted a new site plan for the proposed new office structure along Miller Ave. A site plan for this site has been approved, however a change in building design and size triggered the requirements for a resubmittal. The new building is proposed at ~10,525 square foot with 64 parking spaces. The driveway and utility connections are about the same as the previously approved site plan.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the site plan contingent upon any required TDOT driveway and stormwater permits.
