SUMMARY: Crossville Police Department received a $76,000 VCIF Grant to pay for a new SWAT Van. Police Chief Brooks recommends the State Contract Bid from Ford of Murfreesboro of $58,809.00 for a new, 2024 Ford Transit 350 High Roof AWD Cargo van. This would leave the remainder of the grant funds to equip the vehicle. A budget amendment is not necessary.
