SUMMARY:
At the August meeting, a 60-day option was approved for Project Enterprise on 18.59 acres on Interchange Drive. That option expires on October 11. They have requested an extension for an additional 120 days pursuant to section three of the Option Contract. Approval of the request is recommended.
