Discussion and action on operations at airport

SUMMARY:
Councilmember Souza has requested the following to be discussed and acted on:
(1) Appointment of City Manager as having oversight and authority of airport
(2) Formal audit of Crossville Aero fuel sales from April 2008 to present
(3) Security plan for airport
(4) Review of all recommendations in Business plan
(5) The placement of the airport plan on the Crossville website to insure transparency is maintained as members of the council have pledged in their election campaign
(6) Disposition of the airport vehicle and Kubota tractor pursuant to the legal opinion germane to the same.
