Discussion on trash pick-up and beautification

SUMMARY:
Mayor Pro-Tem Harris would like to discuss garnering some support from volunteers to help the City pick up trash around the City, e.g. the Boy Scouts, etc. She suggests that members of the Council drive around and take a look before the work session, as it is pretty bad in some areas along the sides of the roads.
