SUMMARY: Attached is a change order for the Airport Maintenance Building Project. When the Contractor installed the flashing and rolled back the old existing insulation, the insulation was brittle because of its age and it could not be put back in place.

This change order is for the replacement of this insulation at an amount of $2,000.

Staff recommends the approval of the change order.
