Approval of Financial Services Agreement with Kidwell & Company

SUMMARY:
In 2012, the City entered into a two-year Financial Services Agreement with Kidwell & Company to assist the City in reviewing bonds, issuing new bonds, and related matters. The contract has expired and a new agreement has been presented for consideration. There is no charge unless services are needed. Their services are not required or utilized when the City issues bonds through the Tennessee Municipal League Bond Fund.
