SUMMARY: The developer is proposing 11 residential housing structures. 10 of which will be duplexes with 1 single family structure. The total housing units is 21. There will be a single driveway entrance along HWY 70 with a 22-foot-wide paved private drive, that includes a loop so no cul-de-sac is required. A 125 foot 6-inch fire line and a fire hydrant is proposed to provide required fire hydrant coverage. A private, master metered water line will provide water service to all proposed structures. A private sewer line will provide service to all structures and connect to an existing public sewer line to the rear of the property. Three storm water detention structures are proposed.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval contingent upon required storm water permitting and a TDOT driveway permit, if required.
