SUMMARY: The Appalachia High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas (HIDTA) Grant will be for $19,000, to be used to cover overtime costs for drug investigators. We have accepted and used this grant many years. There is no local match.

NECESSARY COUNCIL ACTION: Approve acceptance of the grant and authorize the Mayor to sign the contract.
