SUMMARY:

A request has been received from Evelyn Stewart and her Power of Attorney, Rebecca A. White, for their property located at 642 Myrtle Ave. to be annexed.  The property is already partially in the City.  An apartment development is planned for the acreage and they would like to connect to city sewer, which is available to the property.  This annexation is also including a remnant of the adjacent property, owned by Teresa Gardens, that was left out of the City in previous annexations.
