SUMMARY: The Airfield Rehab project had an overrun of $9,874. TDOT staff has told the City that the State would amend the grant for the additional funds at 95%. Staff recommends the approval of the forthcoming Contract Amendment for $9,874. Due to TDOT deadlines, the request for additional funds had to be sent without Council approval.
