Approval of Resolution selecting Community Development Partners for 2013 CDBG grant application

SUMMARY:
The City is considering applying for grant funds up to $500,000 to help cover the costs for additional improvements to the wastewater system. Solicitation letters were sent out for administration services. The only response was from Community Development Partners. The attached resolution authorizes Community Development Partners to prepare a grant application, at no cost, and provide administration services, if the grant is awarded.
