Approval of engineering contract with Atkins for taxiway extension

SUMMARY: A contract is attached for the professional services required by the TDOT 95/5% grant with Atkins. Atkins is the engineering firm that the City currently has a master contract with for services at the airport. MasterCorp is paying the 5% match for this project. City staff will administrate the grant, perform inspection services, and perform survey work required for the project.
