SUMMARY: Staff is presenting the Plan of Services for the annexation of 344 Jada Drive to the Planning Commission for recommendation to the city council. This is a standard Plan of Services with the addition of a low pressure line extension of 1,040 feet. The material cost of the extension must be paid by the property owner within 12 months of annexation. The amount owed: $7,965.66. This annexation will also include approximately 760 feet of a state road, Pigeon Ridge, and 265 feet of a county road, Jada Drive.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the Plan of Services.
