Request the approval of the purchase of 115 cases of ammunition for departmental use from Gulf States Distributors for a total purchase price of $20,825.00.  This purchase is being treated as a sole source vendor due to the nationwide shortages.  The vendors on the State Contract are unable to supply ammunition until sometime in the next budget year.
