Approval of Authorization to Proceed regarding Meadow Park Lake Expansion Env Phase 2 with BDY

SUMMARY: An Environmental proposal from BDY was approved May 26, 2022. BDY Environmental, LLC was purchased by Davey Resource Group, LLC effective June 27, 2022. The Project Manager with BDY, Chris Fleming, has related that there will not be any change with regard to their personnel servicing the Crossville water supply project.
The City has received the attached “Authorization to Proceed” from the new company Davey Resource Group, LLC which appears to be an acknowledgement by the City of the purchase of BDY Environmental, LLC.
The Director of Engineering recommends the approval of the “Authorization to Proceed”.
