Approval to adopt Public Records Policy

SUMMARY: Pursuant to City of Crossville Code of Ordinances, Chapter 8, Section 1-801(E), the public records policy shall be adopted by the City Council and reviewed at a minimum of every two years, outlining the rules to give the fullest possible access to public records. The City Attorney suggests to remove the clause regarding the use of personal devices.
