Discussion regarding approval of Holiday Hills High Service RTU

SUMMARY: To complete the SCADA upgrade, Southern Flow must install a fully furnished RTU cabinet for the Holiday Hills Water Treatment Plant. The RTU will tie the finished pumphouse at the Holiday Hills plant into the SCADA upgrade. Southern Flow is currently working on this project. The proposal they have provided is in the amount of $34,781.90. A budget amendment will be necessary.
