Cell Tower Upgrade for 1011 Old Mail Road

SUMMARY: Per the requirements of the City of Crossville Telecommunication Ordinance, Planning Commission must review and make a recommendation to the Codes Department for the issuance of a building permit for any changes to existing cell towers or the construction of new ones. T-Mobile is proposing an upgrade to an existing tower located at 1011 Old Mail Road. A set of their plans is attached. There are more plans and other documents available in the Planning Office or Codes office, should any commissioner wish to view them.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommend approval for the issuance of a building permit.
