Approval of resolution on engineering services for SRF I/I project

SUMMARY:
As required, RFQ's were solicited for engineering services for the SRF I/I project for which funding was approved at the December meeting. This project includes the old landfill pump station and collection system rehabilitation. It is the recommendation of staff that GRW Engineers, Inc., who prepared the preliminary engineering reports and the I/I studies be selected for engineering services as this project moves forward.
