SUMMARY:
Barry Field has requested that his residence located at 198 Birchwood Dr. be annexed into the City. The location is not adjacent or near the current city limits and will require the annexation of significant amounts of rights-of-way to connect (approximately half a mile of ROW)
Staff Recommendation: Recommendation for denial of annexation due to the amount of ROW needed since the property is noncontiguous to the existing city limits, potential confusion of E911 response, and the amount of road that would require maintenance and upkeep by the City Street Department.
