SUMMARY:
At the request of the City, Community Development Partners prepared and submitted an application for funding of the waterlines in the downtown area in 2011.  Since this portion of the project is still planned for construction, a contract should be approved with CDP to provide the administrative services required through SRF.  Considerable work has already been done, but there have been no billings or payments.
      The costs are included in the SRF budget and include a 30% grant.  So the final cost to the City will be $28,000 and included in the project loan.
