SUMMARY:
Council approved the purchase of a Records Management System from Tri-Tech/Visionair for use by the records division of the Police Departmen.  The purchase price is $125,897.25 with the purchase split into an initial down payment of $25,897.25 upon contract signing and the remaining financed over a three year time span at an expected interest rate of 3.037%.  Funds for this purchase will come from the Drug Fund.
