SUMMARY: The downtown task force has identified parking areas for public parking to help alleviate any overcrowding during the downtown construction process and has drafted an agreement. A member of the task force, Billy Loggins, has been charged with getting the agreements signed.

NECESSARY COUNCIL ACTION: Approve negotiations to begin with property owners on temporary parking for the downtown project, subject to Council approval.
