SUMMARY: The City is waiting on the final approval from TDOT to move forward with bidding. Staff recommends that the Utility Companies that must relocate their utilities be authorized to begin their move. The following is the contract price for each to move:

Frontier Communications                     $5,000

Spirit Broadband                                          $9,200

Volunteer Electric                                          $12,000

BUDGET ACCOUNT:  110-43100-950-001
