SUMMARY: The third Thursday of June 2025, which is the regularly scheduled meeting for the Crossville Regional Planning Commission, falls on June 19^th, which is the federal holiday Juneteenth, and the City of Crossville offices will be closed.

The Planning Commission will need to vote to change that meeting date.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends moving the meeting day to either Tuesday June 17^th or Wednesday June 18^th at noon.
